The Associate Training Director will be responsible for leading a team of training specialists to support the growth and development of employees in the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the organization's needs.
- Lead and manage a team of trainers and support staff to achieve high-quality training delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational objectives.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (Completed).
- 3 years' experience as an Associate Director for Training or 5 years' experience as a Sr. Training Manager, leading the training delivery function in the call center industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills - SVAR (C1 Level or above).
