  • This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the proposal management process, including tracking deadlines, updating project plans, and coordinating with team members. They will also assist in reviewing proposals for consistency and compliance with RFPs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

A working knowledge of web-based sales and RFP response technology solutions such as Loopio, RFP 365, Qvidian, etc. is preferred but not essential.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across different levels of the organization and adapting to shifting priorities and changing demands.

Key Responsibilities
