We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Receive invoices, update AP monitoring, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Xero Integration: Upload invoices and delivery receipts into Xero, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Invoices and SOAs Management: Compile all invoices due, check supplier Statements of Accounts (SOAs), and verify accuracy.
  • Cash Management: Print checks, process 2307 releases, and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Filing and Documentation: Maintain organized filing systems for vouchers, payment details, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory counts, encode stock taking cards, and ensure accurate asset tagging.
  • External Audit Support: Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in A/P and A/R functions, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Xero accounting software.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $23,000 - $25,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
