We are seeking a skilled painter with expertise in construction painting to join our team at Planate Management Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' painting needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Assemble scaffolding and set up work areas as needed.

  • Protect surfaces with masking tape and drop cloths.

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling holes, and sanding for a smooth finish.

  • Apply primer, sealers, and paint finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

  • Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes to meet project specifications.

  • Main¬tain an inventory of painting supplies and ensure tools are in good condition.

  • Estimate time and material costs for painting projects.

  • Clean equipment, tools, and work areas after project completion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • National Certificate (NC II) in Construction Painting.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial painting.

  • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to painting.
