Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects in both waterfall and agile methods to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients as the main point of contact and go-to person.
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally to oversee and supervise project planning and delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of an entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provision development and deployment activities.
  • Ensure quality, maintenance of baseline scope, time, cost, and requirements.
  • Resource management.
  • Streamline project management practices and improve efficiency of project rollout and ongoing business-as-usual operations.
  • Propose new process improvements, analytics, and measurable KPIs to enhance customer service and operations.
  • Provide first-line service support for partners, passengers, drivers, and operators.
