About the Job
The Global Supply Chain Business Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing technology solutions to support commercial and operational growth strategies. This includes product development, lifecycle management, and service delivery initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in product development in appointed regions to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Proactively involved in product creation, building, identifying gaps through evaluations, performance research, etc., ensuring products are fit for purpose.
- Work closely with stakeholders on requirements gathering and user feedback analysis.
- Assist in implementing regional solutions in regional and local offices, working with various teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in UAT, training, and customer rollout activities in the appointed region.
Key Functions
- Handle small to medium-scale projects, coordinating with different IT and business teams.
- Support production issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document them into business requirement documents.
- Prepare presentations to customers and demonstrate products.
- Support trainings, create training materials, and conduct trainings.
- Understand supply chain and logistics concepts.
