Global Financial Operations Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Assistant to support our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in bookkeeping and billing, thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, and enjoy wearing many hats across financial operations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and journal entries
- Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Investigate and resolve finance-related support issues
- Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
- 1+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Highly organized and dependable with solid time management
- Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation
- Comfortable working with communication tools like Slack and Gmail
- Must have worked on a graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) in the last 6 months
- Ability to work full-time during any US time zone (EST/CST preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
- Familiarity with billing platforms (Chargebee, Stripe, Recurly, etc.)
- Background in startups, SMEs, freelancing, or remote admin work
- CPA certification (preferred but not required)
