Role Overview

We are seeking an expert in digital marketing solutions to lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and have experience in designing and delivering robust solutions that meet/exceed client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate capabilities, and review progress.
  • Capture, understand, and analyze client user requirements and objectives.
  • Perform 'As-Is' and Fit/Gap analyses to align Salesforce technology offerings with client business needs and advise on solution options.
  • Require hands-on implementation work for clients (configuration).
  • Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs.
  • Engage internal implementation teams on client requirements, solution design, build, testing, and delivery.
  • Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training material, etc.).
  • Conduct testing and training on implemented solutions.
  • Foster trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders.
  • Provide support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals).
  • Continually improve knowledge and expertise in Salesforce product, including core platform, Data Cloud, Loyalty, and Personalization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications are essential.
  • Experience in marketing operations and/or analytics is preferred.
  • Good analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills with a foundation in core marketing principles and practices.
  • Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Must have experience and knowledge in coding – AMP scripting and SQL.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Knowledge and experience in consultancy are required.
  • Working experience and knowledge in related IT fields are expected, preferably in consulting, project management, CRM, cloud technologies.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and success-oriented.
  • Able to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-geolocation teams.
  • Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are beneficial.
  • Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term may be expected.
