Job Title: E-commerce Product Specialist

Overview of the Role

This role is focused on optimizing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to drive sales and revenue. Key responsibilities include creating, managing, and adapting product descriptions to meet marketplace rules, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and researching new tools to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality product listings (100+ items) across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Adapt product descriptions to meet marketplace requirements using strategic wording.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across all sales channels.
  • Research and recommend new automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for niche buyers, such as home decorators and auction platforms.
  • Prepare and format auction submissions for LiveAuctioneers, including organizing product details and images.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for approvals and updates.
  • Monitor listing performance and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce listings or online marketplace management.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor descriptions for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
  • Basic image editing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience creating auction listings.
