Job Summary

E-commerce specialists are sought after to join our team in managing daily online store operations, product listings, and ensuring seamless shopping experiences.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in product information. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and other e-commerce tools. Familiarity with Klaviyo and CMS platforms is also desired.

Responsibilities
  • Job Description:

  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience

  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify. This includes descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields

  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time

  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other as required

  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns

  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics and inform decision making

  • Support creation of Digital Marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads setup

  • Support Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required

  • Ad Hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps)

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours
