Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk/Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team. As a Tier 1 Helpdesk/Technical Support specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support to our clients.

About the Role

This position involves taking initial telephone and email inquiries, troubleshooting simple hardware, software, or network problems, and managing tickets within our ticketing system. You will also be responsible for resetting passwords, researching error messages, installing and configuring printer drivers, and escalating more complex issues to Tier 2 support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
  2. Provide timely and effective support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  3. Log all calls, time spent, and activity inside the ticketing system.
  4. Reset passwords/PINs for users in Active Directory, Office 365, and other applications.
  5. Research and troubleshoot error messages users receive from applications.
  6. Install or fix Windows driver issues for various devices.
  7. Configure and install printer drivers for Windows users.
  8. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
