AppSheet Support Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AppSheet Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AppSheet development and integration, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for AppSheet applications, including debugging and optimization.
  • Assist clients in designing, developing, and optimizing low-code solutions using AppSheet.
  • Ensure proper integration of Google Sheets and other data sources with AppSheet.
  • Identify and resolve formula errors, automation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Guide users on best practices for structuring data and building scalable applications.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and AppSheet best practices.
  • Stay updated on AppSheet and Google Workspace enhancements to improve development processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in AppSheet development or technical support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in AppSheet and Google Sheets.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with data structures, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills for client support.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Apps Script or other automation tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
