Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SIEM and SOAR solutions on-site in Ortigas City, Philippines. The successful applicant will have a fixed work schedule of either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Key Job Qualifications:
  • At least 14-15 years of working experience in SIEM and SOAR solutions.
  • Expertise in SIEM management, including administration, configuration, and fine-tuning.
  • Proficiency in SIEM enrollment, onboarding, offboarding, and asset count management.
  • Able to apply patches, updates, and upgrades to AIO platforms and their components to address vulnerabilities and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AIO platforms to handle growing volumes of security data and provide timely insights.
  • Collect logs from various security devices and normalize them for analysis.
  • Manage and configure the SOAR platform according to vendor guidelines and best practices.
  • Integrate the platform with relevant security tools and data sources.
  • Automate triage and enrichment by configuring SOAR to automatically triage security alerts and enrich them with contextual information.
  • Prioritize alerts based on severity and potential impact.
  • Configure playbooks to automate response to security incidents, where possible, and perform automated actions based on predefined workflows.
  • Develop custom dashboards to visualize key SOAR metrics, such as incident response times, automation success rates, and resource utilization.
