About the Role

The Student Success Technical Services (SSTS) team plays a vital role in providing technical support and mentorship to our learners, ensuring a seamless learning experience across all our platforms.

As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding learners through our comprehensive learning materials, and providing expert support in key areas such as networking, Linux, and Windows systems.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, validate product features, and drive successful learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to learners via chat and email, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Offer in-depth technical support for networking, Linux, and Windows systems, helping learners troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Mentor learners by providing guidance on our foundational learning materials and fostering their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the grading process for OffSec certifications, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Test, verify, and validate our products, lab systems, and features to ensure quality and functionality before release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, achieve shared goals, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Take initiative in developing and improving processes that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, holidays, and overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Security
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and effective support via chat and email.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects.
  • Ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A strong belief and understanding of being a team player in a remote working environment
