Job Summary

This is a Contact Center Practitioner role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing quality customer service and resolving complex issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as basic computer and internet navigation skills.

A degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required, along with similar work experience of at least 1-2 years in a BPO or similar setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service on every contact.
  • Receives inbound queries from customers (calls, chats, emails) and clarifies to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
  • Educates callers on client processes whenever necessary.
  • Maintains up-to-date expertise in a specific subject area.
  • Handles end-to-end case management process in accordance to agreed time and quality standards.
  • Escalations: Follow up escalated cases through the Case Management system – own issue resolution, client follow up, and case closure.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Similar work experience of at least 1-2 years especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to work in shifting/night schedule.
