Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing receipts to customers.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer and keep the checkout area clean and orderly.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (in Business or any 4-year course).
  • Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Has the ability to provide quality customer service, trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry.
  • Average communication and people skills, computer literate.
