Data Transfer Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with data migration from our current platform to a new system. The ideal candidate will have experience in data migration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate textual information accurately from the existing platform to the new system.
  • Transfer photos and videos from the old platform to the new one, ensuring proper organization and tagging.
  • Verify that transferred media files (photos and videos) are correctly uploaded and accessible in the new system.
  • Proofread and edit transferred textual content for grammatical errors and typos.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting across transferred data.
  • Maintain organized records of all transferred information, including text, photos, and videos.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the transfer process, especially with media files.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary information and media are transferred completely.
  • Meet daily or weekly transfer targets as set by the project manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data transformation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Click-Up and Google Drive Suite.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
