Expert ADU Architect

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled Architect to lead the development of innovative Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in site planning, architectural design, and permitting processes.

This role requires proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD software. The Architect will be responsible for creating detailed designs, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with city planners to ensure seamless project delivery.

A strong understanding of local building codes and regulations is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
