Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to join our team. As a key player in bringing our design vision to life, you will be responsible for creating detailed and comprehensive interior designs.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our team to conceptualize and develop innovative interior designs that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  2. Develop reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) that meticulously detail ceiling elements of a design.
  3. Craft comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications.
  4. Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations.
  5. Create schedules listing quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements.
Requirements
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs).
  • Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans.
  • Strong skills in wall decoration and detailing.
  • Capability to create accurate and detailed schedules.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
