Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer with expertise in cutting-edge technology, you will lead the development of innovative instructional strategies and methodologies. Your primary focus will be on scoping, analysis, design, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.
  • Track and report learning initiative results up to 90 days after implementation.
  • Conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis
  • Determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants
  • Define and design the most effective strategy for the learning need
  • Evaluate content developed by the team
  • Review analysis and design documents to ensure objectives target learning needs
  • Develop advanced instructional media including guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, motion graphics, and game-based courses
  • Use graphics, video, and course authoring software to develop visually appealing instructional media; apply visual design principles
  • Provide instructional design services to key functions including Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, Consultancy, and product-specific training for new campaign/LOB launches
  • Address performance gaps in production through Operations Management, Quality, and PST
  • Organize Developments for continuing education and skills enhancement
  • Design innovative self-paced and instructor-led training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials
  • 5 or more years conducting learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions
  • Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices
Technical Skills:
  • Technology literate; can easily work with new software (e.g., media development tools, office suite, and other web applications)
  • Understanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)
  • Experience with E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms (LMS)
