Join a dynamic team as a Remote Architect Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate with our design team to produce accurate drawings and compelling visualizations for architectural projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

The responsibilities of the job include:

Architectural Support
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar software.
  • Prepare and update permit drawings in compliance with Massachusetts building codes and U.S. standards.
  • Work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation.

Project Coordination
  • Assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with team members via online collaboration platforms.
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.

Administrative Tasks
  • Organize and maintain project files, templates, and cloud-based folders.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Conduct research on codes, products, and design references.

Qualification & Skills
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
  • Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the U.S., including imperial measurements.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
