Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in email marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing our organization's email and text communications strategy. This entails focusing heavily on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability - You will manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement, while implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Content & Campaign Creation - Create and refine email templates and content, develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs, and run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics - Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns, track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls, and own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals, providing regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
