Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates through various channels.
  • Contacting candidate references to verify their qualifications and experience.
  • Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and interview.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
