Sales & Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound queries, explaining complex product features, qualifying prospects, guiding them from enquiry to purchase, and providing post-sale assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls/emails with confidence and clarity
  • Explain complex product features in a human way
  • Qualify prospects and guide them from enquiry to purchase
  • Follow up warm leads to convert opportunities into sales
  • Manage post-sale support such as policy activation and amendments
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven role
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer journeys
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Confident communicator with a high level of product understanding
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong data and admin skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and multichannel communication tools
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
