We are seeking a professional to join our clinical support team. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to make every contact informative, productive and positive for our members and providers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the intake of members or admission/discharge information post notification
  • Working with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
  • Referral processing, including intake, notification and census roles
  • Providing triage and care coordination notification cases for non-clinical assessment/intervention
  • Handling resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers

This is a high-volume customer service environment. You will need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. A flexible schedule that includes evening hours is required.

The required qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Ability to create, edit, save and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens
