Audit Leader
As a seasoned Audit Senior Associate, this pivotal role is crucial for driving excellence in our audit practice.   • Leveraging technical knowledge to lead audits, identifying key risks, and developing effective mitigation strategies;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, and ensuring their needs are met;
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, promoting continuous growth and development;
  • Mentoring junior staff, providing guidance, and helping them navigate complex projects;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share best practices and leverage collective expertise;
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and contributing to the development of innovative solutions;

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 4 years of relevant experience in assurance, tax, accounting, or analysis, with a minimum of 3 years external audit experience. Professional certifications like CPA or equivalent are highly desirable. Additionally, they should demonstrate proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP, industry-specific knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
