Financial Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Analysis Expert. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in accounting, finance, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports with insights on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
  • NetSuite & Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses efficiently.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations accurately.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits effectively.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience: In finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced skills: In Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience: With NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding: Of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent skills: In organizational and time management for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented: Analytical and proactive problem-solving.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential financial information discreetly.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
