The position of Documentation Specialist at Prime@Technology Specialist, Inc. involves creating and revising technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, or articles for the project.
The primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and manuals.
- Researching, developing, and documenting technical design specifications.
- Producing electronic documentation in addition to hard-copy manuals.
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
- Analyzing documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
- Managing updates and revisions to technical literature.
- Determining the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, programmers, and project managers.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and ability to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids.
