Job Description

Technology & Innovation Leader

As our VP of Engineering, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to empower entrepreneurs and MSMEs. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.

You will define and execute a roadmap that integrates AI-driven features into our platform, drive the adoption of AI/ML models to enhance business automation, insights, and decision-making for users, and architect and optimize systems to handle growing user demand with high reliability and security.

You will work closely with Product, Business, and Operations teams to align technology with business goals, attract, mentor, and retain top tech talent, creating an environment that encourages learning and professional growth.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Python and modern software development frameworks.
  • Strong experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to scale tech teams and platforms in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Passion for business empowerment, with a mindset for building tech that solves real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
