About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling, high-converting brand kits and digital assets that resonate with our clients' brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma. They will also optimize and test all creative assets to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for use across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Create high-quality designs for brand kits and digital assets using Canva and Figma.
  • Asset Optimization: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing and optimized for use across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work with the team to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
  • Feedback and Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Design Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
  • Collaborative Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
