Job Overview

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide top-notch customer care via phone, email, or online chat. You will be working closely with customers to resolve their inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through empathetic communication and personalized solutions.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless support.
  • Providing quality feedback to enhance internal processes and improve overall performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in any Medical Allied course (Midwifery, Radtech, PT, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, Nursing, Medical Billing, Practical Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Aide, Biology) or equivalent experience in BPO handling HMO accounts.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including on-site shifts in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Ability to start immediately.
