We're seeking a Technical Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Excellence group, you'll drive technical aspects of customer engagements and serve as the internal voice of the customer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in call center service operations as a Manager or Senior Manager, with expertise in digital transformation, digital solutions, and SMART technologies. A college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop strategies for customer self-service technology
- Lead the design and implementation of CX initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center service operations as a Manager or Senior Manager
