Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Regulatory Reporting & MIS Manager in gathering financial and statistical information from various systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data Gathering and Preparation: You will obtain and organize financial and statistical information from different sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Processing and Report Generation: Using your technical expertise, you will convert raw data into meaningful reports for the Regulatory Reporting and MIS Unit.
  • Reports Validation and Database Management: You will verify the accuracy of reports and manage databases to ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all reports and data are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Daily and Monthly Reporting: Prepare standard reports for the Regulatory Reporting and MIS Unit, highlighting any discrepancies or ambiguous figures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field such as MIS or Computer Science.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MIS professional.
