Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Expert to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and create customized email marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Analyze data and communicate insights to clients to optimize campaign performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Client Retention Rate
- Client Satisfaction (NPS)
- Campaign Performance (Email Revenue, Open Rate, etc.)
- Account Growth (Net Revenue Retention)
