Job Title: Guest Experience Manager I

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager I to manage our remote guest experience team. This individual will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues in real-time, coordinating with operations to ensure apartments are guest-ready, and driving improvements to guest satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the remote guest experience team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless communication and apartment readiness.
  • Analyze guest feedback and identify areas for improvement to drive increased guest satisfaction.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in guest experience management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
