Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to join our team.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Creating engaging content that showcases the value proposition and industry expertise.
  • Managing personal and business social media profiles, publishing strategic posts daily to build thought leadership and brand awareness.
  • Implementing data-driven campaigns with measurable ROI and lead conversion rates.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine messaging strategies.
  • Executing cold calling campaigns to prospective clients across target industry verticals.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls for senior leadership.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to understand solution capabilities and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
  • Tracking and reporting on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline development.
  • Providing administrative support for business development activities and client relationship management.
Required Skills
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Platform Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
  • Australian Market Knowledge: Direct experience working with Australian companies and understanding of local business culture and practices.
  • AI/Automation Understanding: Solid grasp of AI business automation solutions and their applications across various industries.
  • Proven ROI: Track record of delivering measurable marketing ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for content creation and client interactions.
  • Initiative: Self-starter mentality with strategic thinking capabilities and ability to work independently.
