About the Role

As a highly skilled Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your passion for food and commitment to excellence will drive your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent service standards and meet productivity targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of menu items.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Bartending, Barista, or Culinary arts.
  • Experience working in a luxury restaurant or similar setting.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to drive team performance.
