Job Title: Affiliate Growth Specialist

The role involves scaling affiliate networks, launching and managing TikTok Shops from scratch, and building partnerships with creators.

This is a full-time position requiring 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, with expertise in platforms like ShareASale, UpPromote, and TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shops, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management:
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on various platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across multiple channels.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns.
Creator & Community Leadership:
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
Collaboration & Operations:
  • Work directly with the CEO and growth team to align goals and timelines.
  • Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Expertise in ShareASale, UpPromote, and TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and management.
  • Fluency in platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
