Job Title: Barista

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Caerus Food Innovation Inc. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers
* Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
* Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and dining area
* Learn and follow company recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages
