Coffee Connoisseur

Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks according to company standards.
* Operate coffee machines and other equipment to brew coffee and espresso-based drinks.
* Take customer orders and handle cash or card transactions using POS systems.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including wiping counters and cleaning machines.
* Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries throughout the shift.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
* Educate customers about different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and drink customization options.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience as a barista
* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Open to working a flexible or rotating schedule
* Willing to work in SBFZ, Olongapo City
