Job Overview:

You will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data and HR systems—primarily Workday.

Your primary responsibilities include maintaining data integrity in Workday and related systems, resolving transactional issues, and escalating as needed. This role involves handling confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding
  2. Maintaining and protecting confidential employee data
  3. Providing global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues

This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and adherence to data privacy standards. Misuse, negligence, or breach of data privacy may be subject to disciplinary action in line with company policies.
