- At least 5–10 years of experience in the Australian mortgage market with end-to-end application processing knowledge.
- At least 3 years in a management or leadership role, demonstrating strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
- Extensive experience in broker/finance support or customer engagement roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
- Proficiency in computer and web applications, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
