Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creator team.

  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
