Marketing Automation Lead

The role of Marketing Automation Lead is to oversee and enhance the organization's marketing automation initiatives. This entails planning, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing automation strategies.
  • Manage and optimize Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Develop and maintain a database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
