Job Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison : Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
  • Project Organizer : Manage and organize project files in cloud storage platforms, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Task Translator : Create and manage task lists based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Workflow Collaborator : Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Deadline Driver : Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
  • Creative Project Specialist : Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Organized Communicator : Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in Tools : Skilled in using project management software, including Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other similar platforms
