Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant and Trainer to lead our team in managing financial data and training staff. This key role involves leveraging expertise in QuickBooks software to develop and implement effective training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices and procedures as well as experience working with financial data and systems.

This role is responsible for developing comprehensive training materials and resources to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks. The Accountant and Trainer will also conduct regular workshops and training sessions to support staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in QuickBooks software.
  2. Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to support staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications.
  3. Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members in utilizing QuickBooks software.
  5. Stay updated on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and recommend implementation strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting.
  3. Valid QuickBooks certification.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  5. Experience training others on QuickBooks software and helping them achieve certifications.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and organized.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software highly desirable.
