Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to provide remote drafting, design, and project coordination support to our team.

  • This role requires strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, experience working in U.S. imperial units, and familiarity with building codes and zoning regulations (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering software
  • Prepare and update permit drawings in compliance with U.S. standards (preferred)
  • Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and version control
Project Coordination
  • Assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions
  • Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with team members via online collaboration platforms
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones
Administrative Tasks
  • Organize and maintain project files, templates, and cloud-based folders
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items
  • Conduct research on codes, products, and design references
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)
  • Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the U.S., including imperial measurements
  • Familiarity with building codes and zoning regulations is a plus
  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
