Backend Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web services and back-end systems.

  • You will develop gRPC and RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to support different functionalities.
  • You will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through regular testing and optimization.
  • You will build microservices in Go to expose API to both internal and external use cases.
  • You will handle security-related data as part of the software lifecycle.
  • You will participate in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issue.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable web services and back-end systems.

Requirements
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Clean coding and automation practices.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Backend Software Engineer role.
  • Experience with technologies such as Postgres, Elastic, Redis.
  • Able to take ownership of features shipped.
