We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Pioneer Your Insurance. The successful candidate will collaborate with Department Heads and Section Heads in documenting, reviewing, and designing business processes and guidelines to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Client Experience Management:
- Maintain client service standards to ensure consistent positive client experience.
- Develop effective communication strategies with clients.
Project Management:
- Manage projects from scoping and planning to closure, adhering to quality standards and project management guidelines.
- Collaborate with Junior Process Specialists and other stakeholders on handled projects.
- Provide sound process improvement recommendations and ensure alignment of business processes with department or section objectives and company initiatives.
- Assess project outputs by conducting checkbacks with clients after six months from project closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- At least three years relevant work experience in systems/methods analysis and documentation, and project management in areas of systems design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Prior Lean Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
