Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on Salesforce best practices and overall systems architecture.
- Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops to derive the envisioned solution and technical specifications.
- Design and implement Salesforce architecture to integrate with clients' ecosystems.
- Develop creative solutions that solve business and technical problems.
- Lead and facilitate project delivery to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop data integration, data migration, and DevOps deployment strategies.
- Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during implementation phase.
- Engage with clients' stakeholders to understand their needs and provide meaningful solutions.
- Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan.
- Assess and approve external technologies for their suitability.
- 8 to 10 years of practical experience in execution/delivery of medium and large-scale Salesforce implementation and support projects.
- Rapid comprehension of client's system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmap.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and AppExchange solution.
- Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solution on various industries.
- Salesforce Architect & MuleSoft certifications.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.
